I know that winter came. But I don’t know if it’s still around. This is what the records show. The mercury swung between a high of 31 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 15 degrees Celsius (or was it 14?) on the 3rd of January. Not exactly the kind of weather to send you scurrying for a blanket. Climate patterns have changed. The saving grace for Hyderabad was the noticeable drop in temperatures during winter. A pleasant change from the blistering heat during the rest of the year (barring of course, the monsoons). Even that seems to be on the way out. Deccan Chronicle says much the same about the rest of the state experiencing warmer days and nights.
